We also cut out all vegetable/seed oils! We only Cook in animal/animal product fats and high quality oils like olive, avocado, and coconut oils. We’ve switched to mostly organic vegetables, raw or low-temp pasteurized milk, etc. (homegrown eggs is a given mostly duck right now) and grass-fed/organic/home-grown/harvested meats!
 
Been enjoying some of the new vegan offerings that's out :idunno parents gonna grab me some stuff from whole foods this Tuesday.

Though Kites sour cream alternative is really good, is Toffuti okay the only reason swap to that it's graded parve. Kroger's dairy free sour cream can suck it though :sick
 
Calorie counting isn’t necessary if everything eaten is changed. It really helps to have exercise goals at the same time. Makes eating clean easier.
This is exactly what I was just about to say.
I have never counted calories.
