I’ve been eating a ton of cheese!! And have lost weight commensurate to my previous program that was high exercise, zero dairy, lean meats, high protein diet!
I believe we cut out cheese because it wasn’t part of our vision of just meats, veggies and fruits.

It just gets really tough figuring out what to eat. We tried meatloaf type stuff in cabbage rolls. Pretty darn tasty! But can’t eat that every day.

Some awesome recipes at wholesome yum.com 😉😉 it’s our go to now for meal-planning!

We recently got meat back from the butcher and had to get a bigger second freezer :th we got so much meat I crave veggies alot.
I currently have 2 full-size side-by-side fridges, 1 upright and 1 small chest deep freeze and a 4x6 walk-in cooler 🙈

I’ll have to go take a peek!

The exercise is a must right now. 5 weeks until race day. 100 miles is no joke pushing 100%. Have to build endurance. Thank goodness our eating habits only fuel exercising. AND we have a pup on the way. Want to keep him busy.
