I eat like a carnie kid.
No fruits or vegetables with the exception of greasy fries. Hot or cold.
Junk food, high in sugar foods and over cooked meat.
Supper last night was deep fried corn dogs and sour watermelon Peeps.
 
All those greens don’t go bad? :eek: once opened mine seem to go fast. But maybe I’m not storing them right. Or not eating them fast enough. I wasn’t really cooking for a while but I am now. But it’s also just me eating them so I try not to buy huge bags or anything.

Yesss! I’m planning on a huge garden this year. I already have some peppers started. Just waiting (very impatiently) for them to finally sprout lol and I have a bunch of other seeds too that I need to plant. But I’m most excited about the peppers.
Nope, they don’t! We juice and they go fast. Can’t stand the grocery store but we have to go every 4 to 5 days.

This is half of what we consume every day veggie tables wise. The chickens get the pulp. So it all goes full circle.

Breakfast yesterday… he’s the best. I didn’t want to get out of bed to eat so he brought it in lol

Haven't really got a diet per say. Just trying to remove carbs and sugars. Staying away from carbonated drinks and drinks with lots of sugar in them. Sticking with the vegetables that dont make my stomach upset: brussel sprouts, spinach, bell peppers and onions(must be cooked well), sweet potatoes(hope to be growing these some time this year), kale and few others. Meat is chicken, pork, beef and fish. Chicken I hope will be coming from my own yard eventually.

Goal is to cook simply and portion control. About four or five meals a day. Three medium and two small snacks. I've done this before and had very good results.
