I might need some help soon though… doctor says I’m supposed to be eating basically no carbs and all I have is pretty much carbs :lau 😬 so like no rice, bread, pasta, etc. etc. which sucks cause those are all my faves. But anyway…. I need ideas. I know lots of protein and veggies hence my dinner tonight but I can’t live off of eggs. :lau

Replace rice with cauliflower rice. It's good. Literally just cauliflower cut up super small. I buy it frozen and steam it in the bag it comes in
