Difference between Dutch and Rosecomb Bantams?

I want Dutch chicks and see that only Purely Poultry sells them. Cackle sells Rosecomb and they look very similar except the comb. Are these very similar in personality too?

Dutch have single combs. Rosecombs have rose combs. Dutch are available in a lot of different colorings. Rosecombs are typically only Black. Rosecombs have larger, more pronounced earlobes. There are other, more subtle differences in build.
Ideal Poultry has both breeds.
