Difference between hatcher and bator?

I read where someone was putting their eggs in the hatcher. What is the difference between a hatcher and bator? And do you take them out on day 18? Thanks, by the time I'm ready to do this again I will know so much more. I need to get to work. Every one have a good day. Ginger

No difference, really, Ginger. The hatcher is just a second bator set up with the proper higher humidity for hatching that you can move the peeps to on Day 18. If you have eggs hatching on different days, it works really well for the different humidity needs.
