difference between tail and vent feathers?

She has the same pattern as the red breasted without the rusty feathers around the belly and vent. And she has a lot more white than black. she is actually like the exact oppostie as the red breaster

Actually yes! yes she does! lol Good guess! Even though she is blind. Do u think the males will still be atracted to her? Should I let her breed?

Are you sure she is blind I have never had that happen

Absolutely Positively blind! lol She is a sweety though. One of her eyes never opened, and the other one is barely open. I've put my finger in front of her and she runs right into it. And in order for her to find food, she touches it with her foot and then once she feels it on her feet she picks down in that area till she finds it. I felt bad when I switched her to a bigger cage with her buddies because she had a hard time finding the food and water. But eventualy she did it.

Did you try drops on her eyes?

No? I never even thought of that. Would it have done much? I figured if they were going to open I better let them do it by themselves.

There may egg sticky over the eye keeping it from opening. I would try saline drops. Be sure not to get them up its nose.
