Differences EE, Ameraucana, & Araucana * Pls post pics*

Pics
Here is Louie, a blue wheaten ameraucana. His beard is starting to change to adult color. He's 6-7 months old. He's standing really funny, please ignore it. He was kind of freaked out about the camera and this was the only clear picture I got.

Here is a 5 1/2 week old blue wheaten cockerel. He thinks he's a silkie. I'm not telling him any different yet.

13.5 weeks old. I figured I should post a midway to adult picture. Not many pics of the chicks as they age.

Here is an old article I did about the differences between EE, Ameraucanas, Araucanas, and OE's. (It's kind of crude and needs to be updated):

Speaking of Easter Eggers, has anyone researched their history?

That's an awesome simple break down of the differences! It's just getting everyone to read this! I see so many adds on Craigslist for ameraucaunas and they're obviously not

Yes, me too. In fact I saw an ad for a ''Show quality, pure bred Ameraucana'' rooster recently. He was pretty, but definitely an Easter Egger.
It's sad that a lot of hatcherys still fool people by selling their Easter Eggers as Ameraucanas or Araucanas.

I went to TSC today for feed and they were having chick days. There were four left in a bin labeled as aracaunas. They were obviously not...not with those adorable fluffy cheeks. I took home all four, plus two BOs so I'd have the required six minimum. I have been wanting some EEs.
