EEs can look like anything... EEs don't even have to lay blue eggs, some lay brown.
So.... Pea combs are common with EEs, (because it is a dominant trait, and found in all Ameraucanas), but some EEs have single combs, or rose combs, or whatever.
Since Pea Comb is dominant, she could have used a pure Ameraucana as the cock, that is not pure for pea comb... And not KNOW he is not pure for pea comb, until she does test mating.
Ditto all of the above for the cute fuzzy faces.
If they all hatched from blue eggs, since the blue egg is dominant, they WILL all carry at least one blue egg gene.
This means that the girls will lay blue eggs if the sire had only blue egg genes or if the sire had white egg genes.
The girls will lay green eggs if the sire had any brown egg genes.
The males that you raised might have only one copy of the blue egg gene (you know they have one copy, since they hatched from a blue egg), and they might have two copies of the blue egg gene.
As to the colors you got....
The first photo is a very typical EE color.
The second photo is a cuckoo pattern and that is a dominant color pattern.
The last one looks like maybe a blue. Blue is a nice gene since only one copy makes the color blue (the gene doesn't hide). Two copies of the blue gene make the color splash.
As to sex.. I am not good at that... Maybe repost those photos, and add a good side shot, and a good shot of the base of the neck area, and maybe one if the face and comb, over on the "what breed or sex are these" section.
The first photo looks like some curving tail feathers are coming in.... So a male.... But just a guess.
