I currently have 5 chicks who will be 3 wks old Tuesday, 5 who are 2 1/2 months old, and my 14 assorted chickens (ranging from 1 yr to 5 yrs). I will be getting 25 1-day old chicks tomorrow or Tuesday, and then will hopefully have more eggs hatching in about 3 wks. My 14 free range (except for one who is a new mommy YAY!) and other than the pecking order and 2 roosters who fight, there's not a problem. My question is, will I be able to house any of the others together? If not, I've got to get to building (UGH, I can barely nail boards together) and soon.

I dion't think I'd want to risk the possibility of injuries, I keep mine seperate until they are big enough to defend themselves.
