We just had a few very large limbs cut from our pecan tree and a crab apple tree. My question is if there are types of wood that chickens shouldn't be around? I want to put one or two of the logs in their run for playing and standing on. Also my husband is burning some and I wanted to use the ash in their coop for dust bathing and want to make sure it will be safe for them.
