And for the last riddle, ice cream is a frozen treat, so when it's hot and sunny it also melts, so it fits the second part of the riddle as well. Popsicles probably would have worked too, and I think my other answer of ice cubes fits the criteria too. It's not my riddle, that's just my reasoning in solving it.
