I have 2 hens, both about 2 in a flock of 15 hens and one roo. My first hen, a lavender AM, stopped laying eggs and got a dirty vent, I cleaned her up and she seemed fine so I returned her to the flock. Still no eggs, I noticed a couple weeks later she had stopped eating and drinking so I pulled her from the flock and found a impacted crop. I began mineral oil and massages and water with vitamins, a week ago. SO a whole bunch of odd symptoms later and no improvement, She hasn't eaten in at least 10 days.. still taking water and vitamins, did some electrolytes and pro biotic.. nice red comb, no mites. She is super thin and very weak, She has a combination of butter colored sticky poop and bright neon green poop, her crop still feels like there is a small bit of impaction left. I am clueless as to what to do next, putting her down  seems most humane. I get stuck cause she is still full of will to live.

My second hen a barred rock, has stopped laying, comb still red eating and going about normally... poop seems normal but her behind seems constantly wet, her feathers have started falling out and her skin is horribly red, I am keeping her washed, isolated, and putting some betadine on her red areas. her crop does feel bit squishy as does her abdomen... she is missing feathers like she was broody but she is not. I have done the pro biotic on her, and she has been showing symptoms for 5 days.

Any help would be much appreciated, the rest of the flock looks good active and normal laying. I try to avoid throwing antibiotics and medications at thing but now am at a complete loss. Vet is not an option unless I am planning a divorce (which I am not) because I just treated a stray dog for medical issues ($400), a neutering and found out he is HW positive. :barnie

It is common for hens 2 years of age to not lay in mid winter when day length is so short.
It could be a simple matter of worms and nothing more. Can you at least have a fecal sample read?
I think I could squeak in a fecal sample.... my chickens have always laid through the winter without supplemental light , but not every day. So I didn't even think that maybe because they are getting older they wont be . my average all winter has been 9 eggs a day from 15 hens.

What are you feeding? Explain a daily diet .
I am feeding purina flock raiser crumbles and unlimited crushed oyster and grit placed in rabbit feeders on the fence... A rare treat of dried meal worms or scratch grains, they pick at grasses and bugs too. I find them in the hay, sometimes eating it from under the rabbit cages, which I don't like them to be into. We will be moving the last of the rabbit cages into chicken free enclosure this month.

If possible, getting a fecal test would be good.

Can you post some photos of both hens and their poop?

Is your food fresh - how long have you had it - nothing has molded?

With the Lavender, I would probably treat her for Sour Crop. Hopefully @azygous will chime in. If she's not eaten in 10 days, you may need to tube fluids into her to get her well hydrated first, then start introducing a wet mush of food. https://www.backyardchickens.com/ar...w-to-know-which-one-youre-dealing-with.73607/

For the Barred Rock - her bottom is constantly wet and her abdomen feels bloated?
She may be having some reproductive issues, hard to know. For the raw bum, some folks use Nu Stock to heal that. I've never tried it. I have used Hen Healer on raw areas and it worked for me.
