I came home yesterday to my 3 mth old Welsh Harlequins digging. They have started a hole leading under my garage. They also had about 3lbs of mud in there water bowl and another 5 lbs in the pool. Dirt splatted everywhere. We have had alot of rain lately so the ground is very wet. Is this normal? Why are they doing it?

Just make sure you fix them lil buggers so they cannot dig out and escape there enclousure. We have had a lot of rain too and as my dh says a muddy duck is a happy duck

I hope their little faces were plastered with mud. That is just the most charming thing I think I have seen. Little busy duckies!

Very normal, very healthy.
