Digital incubator won't regulate heat.

After a successful hatch of chicks and another of Quail my bator went on the fritz with peafowl egg in it. Couldn't get the temp to regulate. I red and re-read the book. Called the number in the back for customer service and found out how to do a master reset. Hold plus and minus for 6 seconds at the same time

Hatch another batch of chicken chicks and a hatch of quail and still working great. So far 2 chicken hatches and 2 quail hatches. 1 unsuccessful peafowl hatch but everyone who got the same peafowl eggs as I was unsuccessful. On to our 3rd chicken hatch now
