Anything I can put in areas and on the chickens to keep mites and other critters off of them and out of pen and coop

Just put some double-sided adhesive tape on the underside of their roosting bar and around the ends where they meet the walls.
When mites come out of the crevices at night to feed on the birds they will get stuck to the tape.
