Dilema

I've just hatched a baby runner on Friday n tried to introduce it to 3 more baby runners who are nearly 2 weeks old, they peck her n chase and and can't stand to see this behaviour, I've put her in a tub right next to the others tub , so they can get used to her but they peck at the box too, any help would be much appricated as Idont know what else to do,

She is way to small to be with those ducks. She can not defend herself. Wait until she is bigger.
