I will speculate that this egg has only one yoke and that this yoke is contained inside of a more or less normal egg that is encased inside of the wrinkled outer shell of the egg in your photo.

Would be curious to see what's inside too....and thickness of shell.
Corrugated shells can indicate a problem.
