Dinosaurian Chickens

Okay at this point I'm sure we all know that chickens were descendants of dinosaurs

Actually.....we don't KNOW this. Evolution is still just a theory and it was refuted by its theorist before he died. The very reason you don't see dinosaur/chickens in mid-evolutionary cycle.

Hmmm, whenever I look at my African Geese, I do think Velociraptor.

Maybe I've just seen Jurassic Park one too many times, but sometimes it seems like I'm raising a whole gaggle of little dinosaurs.

Back to the original question...

They're doing it by signialing the genes that make teeth and tails on in the earliest stages of development, not exactly stuff we'd have in the barn. You can in theory breed throwbacks, but you would have to cull and select pretty drastically. The key issue is that the enviroment has changed enough to bring the changes, and unless you have a weather machine handy...

Is it possiable with a lab and funding? sure throw enough cash at it and most things are possiable. Is it feasable for a backyard breeder? I doubt it, but how much do you wanna spend to make it happen?
