Dirty bottoms!!

Hi, I hope that there is somebody out there that can help, I purchased 4 POL 3 weeks ago Shirley, Effie, Tilly and Hattie ( yes hense S e t h's leader). I bought them from a lady whom I thought was a chicken nut!! Little did I know that I soon would morph into the same. My girls are laying 3 eggs a day but one 'Hattie' has a very dirty bottom, I make sure they perch at night so no sleeping in the nest box. I'm not sure if I should wash her, leave her or take her to a vet?? I'd hate her to feel neglected so please help.

I would check her for mites possibly. One thing for sure though, I would post this question in the emergencies section so it will be seen and best answered!
