So update, I washed my RIR this morning nd she came out of the coop but went back in a few minutes later nd she was sitting outside of both next boxes in the corner, I made her get up and she was sitting on 8 eggs!! I thought none of my girls were laying much but I guess this girl has been taking their eggs nd laying on them lol I’m assuming she’s broody then nd is thin due to sitting on eggs most of the day?

Yes, that could be, if she has been broody for a couple weeks, that would explain the weight loss.

Does broodynees just last for a couple of weeks and then she’s back to normal or do I need to get fake eggs or any special supplement for her?
