My chicks keep spilling all there food and it's annoying is there anything I can do

And they've grown so much

You may have to raise it up higher as they grow. They only need there head and neck to reach into the food bowl. I ended up hot gluing a plastic bowl upside down to my feeder to raise it up some.

Exactly. I used to put ours on wooden blocks and had to keep raising it almost every week. Now they've got a hanging feeder that I can raise as they continue to grow.

Nail the feeder to a board or put it in a hanging feeder. Put it above ground level, like on a brick. Putting the water up like this will help keep it clean longer, too.
