She blew most of her feathers a week or two ago but I guess that one on her back didn't get the memo.   And I thought it was so nice of her to do a yoga pose so you could see all her Q-tips.

My two Buff Orpingtons. They love the mud after rain, and they use my pool cover as a pong instead of their actual pond (when it's not frozen).
Sometimes they'll surprise whoever's in the basement by pecking at the little window and eating the cobwebs there. Dorks!

Do you lock them up at night for their protection? they are so pretty I'd hate to hear a predator ate them.

Yeah, at night they go in their coop with the door closed. I like to let them stay up late and I hang out with them when it gets too dark out, especially on nice nights
