Dirty incubator eggs still left

So my eggs hatch days are spaced a little apart. First hatched last Saturday. A few have died in shell or after trying to help. I don’t want to touch these last two. One is on day 23 the other day 20. However the incubator water looks dirty from the first egg that hatched and now starts to smell. Do I need to do a quick clean from the dirty water? Just want to give these last two the best chance possible. Thanks for any advice.

Do not keep opening the incubator. Cleaning is unnecessary. If you candled the egg, leave it for a bit. Change in humidity and temp can alter hatch times.
Sorry to hear about the chicks that didn’t make it.
Next time let nature takes its course and let them hatch on their own.....
