Dirty/missing feathers around comb

I did some more clean up and indeed am encountering some dried blood. Here’s a close up pic. Should I put some isopropyl alcohol on it? Neosporin?

Neosporin, without pain reliever, would be best.
Personally I would leave it alone and it’ll heal up just fine, but putting something on it wouldn’t hurt!

Yeah I would probably put some antiseptic of some sort on it in case of infection, in case they are bullying her I’d put some kind of cover over it so they don’t cause more damage

I put the isopropyl alcohol on (which she tolerated surprisingly well), and some neosporin cream. I may try to sprinkle some stiptic powder on that. Not sure how to cover it though. Thank you for all the great suggestions everyone

So long as she keeps acting normal and heals up, I don’t think you have anything to worry about

If it’s not currently bleeding, no need for styptic. Neosporin is best
