Dirty rough looking chicken

I have a hen that just looks filthy and features are a mess. My 1st thought was she is sick or infested so I isolated her and gave the coop a good cleaning along with treating the coop and hens for mites. (This is what I was told she had) after a few days in isolation I checked her again and no sign of mites. She eats drinks and acts fine but looks like she is on her death bed. Any idea what might be going on?

Yes, I can take one tomorrow. She looks awful but seems so happy and she was laying until I isolated her.

I'd double check her for mites, closely inspect the area around her vent. Then give her Valbazen liquid cattle/sheep wormer 1/2cc orally and repeat in 10 days.

Her vent looks clean, no mites at the shaft of feathers or vent area. The other hens were picking on her and pulling feathers but she hasn't pulled any of her own yet. I am moving her to her own coop today to give room. I have treated her with a mite spray then 2 days later dusted with DE. She is not lethargic, if anything she is extra hyper.
