Dirty vent

I have a couple of hens with dirty vents? Is it yeast, lice or mites? Any idea? Cure?

None of the above, most likely just poop. Cure is to wash the dirty butt.

I have an official chicken butt washing stand with an old kitchen sink. I drag the hose to it and back the chicken up to a wash basin inside the sink. I use baby body wash, and rinse with the garden hose. The chicken is allowed to air dry.

In winter, I bring the dirty butt into my kitchen and then she gets blow dried before going back outside.
