I have a cayuga drake from a friend who has a bumb foot he still uses it for balance and gets around/swims well. His joint is a bit swollen atm though anything organic/natural i can do for it? And will he be okay long term? (not genetic btw he was stepped on by a goat)

Epsom salt and warm water is good for swelling and inflammation. It is also a laxative so no drinking the water[not you but the duck] I use a bucket and just let them stand in it while I hold onto them. half cup to 1 gal of warm water. Water therapy is another which you are doing just don't let him jump off side of pool or anything else while healing.

I let him swim in the tub for a bit in warm water. The foot feels atrophied and i doubt he will ever have use of it but he gets along just a bit slower
