Investigating Disappearing profile posts

Regarding missing likes: Once in a while in some browsers, if you like a post before the page has fully loaded, the "like" may look like it's been posted, but may not "stick". If this happens to you, just make sure the page has fully loaded before you like the post. If you aren't sure if your like "stuck", just refresh the page and you'll know.

Oh, I know of that; but sometimes for me, I'm certain the page actually had fully loaded, and then I happen to see the post, that I had liked, later on, and my like isn't there.

Nobody would ever dream of 'messing' with someone

I had to take pause when DuckLady mentioned deleting posts from a profile...I don't think I've noticed prior that they could be. I'm a softie though and cherish everything written on my profile.

No one's written anything inappropriate where I've been required to notice. (So far...lol!)

@Wickedchicken6 can you imagine how frustrating it might be for someone that purposely deleted a profile post...only to have it show up again because you went back and re-typed it?

I have experienced this as well. If you can keep track of any disappearances and post dates and times, it helps staff and tech to be able to look into those specific cases.

I'm not sure if/how this works for
likes; there's no date/time stamp associated with them.

It would be frustrating for sure! I just laughed out loud...my husband's wondering what's so funny.

The funniest part is that I'd be so completely clueless! That's not how I think.

Good morning!

I just posted birthday wishes on all of the profiles of the people having birthdays today. When I was finished posting the last birthday I clicked on each profile to check that my wishes were there. (I wish birthdays and then give likes and then recheck it all once I'm done the last profile.)

All of my posts were gone. The likes I'd given to the other members who are wishing birthdays were still there, but all profile posts posted by me were not. I've never had 100% disappear before.

Here is a list of the members that I posted wishes on their profiles. I posted another wish on caboodleschicks profile to give a correct timeline of the approximate time. It stayed on the profile and is still there as of posting this. I left the rest clear.
