I think the open with good ventilation means you didnt seal it in tupperware. Unless it has stopped peeping I would let it do its thing.

Oh huhn do you have a lamp that you can put over the bowl that the baby is hatching in? It will need the heat that a lightbulb can provide.

10 hrs later and it is still alive. Less peeps and movement though.........
No signs on egg #3.
