Discharg from my hen!

I am hoping someone can advise me, one of my favourite hens Cockle has a yellow, smelly discharge from her bottom. She was quiet yesterday, sitting, not eating or drinking, isolating herself from the others. I have separated her from my other hens, she also seems to have diorrhea. I lost one other hen last week with the same symptoms and am worried i will lose them all!! She is around 9 months old and has been laying well up to now. If anyone can help i would be gratefull.
