Discrepancy

These two little ones are the same age and the same breed. (Wyandottes)
What would cause such a huge discrepancy in their size? The larger one is nearly feathered out and the little one only has wing and a few shoulder feathers.

Cute chicks!
Chicks grow at different rates. Could be they don't have the same parents/are a different line or strain. Where did they come from?
As long as it's eating/drinking, pooping and active, I wouldn't worry too much.
Thanks. They are from TSC, so, one of four hatcheries. One is a blue laced red Wyandotte and the other is a splash laced red Wyandotte.
It's eating and drinking and such, but the others are almost ready to go outside and I'm ready to get my bathroom back. If it isn't fully feathered I don't want to put it out, but I don't want to keep it in by itself. Even the Turken has more feathers.
