disease in coop

Please help, noticed black scabs on one of my girls comb, didn;t think anything about it now three of them have the same black scabs on their cmb and the first one that had it looks like she has an eye infection left eye unable to stay open, can some one shed some light, trying to get some info before calling the vet.
