Disease in hatching eggs?

I had an outbreak in what i believe might be coryza in my flock. I put 11 eggs into the incubator a few days before i found out that my birds were sick. Will my chicks have the disease? I am in the process of getting someone to come test my flock to see what it actually is but it would be nice to know that my eggs are safe.

I'm sorry you have an illness in your flock, and hope things turn out well for you. If you practice good bio-security and always wash your hands after handling your chickens and before you handled your eggs, I suspect your eggs will do fine. Hopefully others with more experience than I will comment. Good luck to you and your flock
