Chickens have second eyelids, but it's not supposed to be noticeable, there may be an issue but it's hard to see.

Turns out the white eyelid was just dust. I was trying to buy a roo but my mom was like "I swear to god, no more choices buy this one now go" so I had to buy him. He's healthy and happy, Only one *LITTLE* problem. He's blind in his left eye. But other than that, healthy roo
