Disease?

So yesterday I was having fun with our white leghorn, Marshmallow, when I noticed something under her wing. I lifted it up, and found that the muscle and her skin had turned an eerie greenish color! Green! I checked on her again today, and saw that the splotch had gotten bigger, and now part of her other wing, too, was green. I have no idea what it is or what to do. Please help me!

Yes a picture would definitely help. I could be and old bruise having funny colors.

It looked a bit better this morning; less of a green tint. But it's still really stiff and tense in the muscle
