State in the ad that you only want experienced poultry keepers to ask for them. Quite frankly, any environment would be better than the one they are currently in provided they have heat, food, and water. So if I had the option of finding them a better home versus allowing them to trample and pick one another to death in a manner that can only be described as slow and painful, I'd look for new homes.

You could do that, just keep in mind OP that chickens are food for some people.

That’s NOT Your responsibility as a child. If the facts are all layer out here and are true than she is definitely short sighted. And that’s to start with... and IF she is even remotely blaming you for the chicks deaths when she is the parent in this situation then she is definitely not taking responsibility for her job as a parent.

what do you mean its not? mother just doesn't do reasherch but, i do so she may not know lots about chickens...but...if mother wont take care of them i will. im trying to speak some sense in to her but it doesn't end expectedly...but i want mother to trust me so i can get my dream pet witch is on the market now. i need that trust...

This is a pretty rude statement to make to someone that came on the forum asking for help. If someone is coming here for help and needs suggestions, maybe that's what they should get and not something like this that makes them feel bad about themselves or their parent.
OP, you were given some good suggestions, so please don't let comments like this turn you away from the forum. Some people need to learn how to hold their tongues or at least think about the other persons feelings before they put things down in writing.

Not quite sure it's rude. People have been offering suggestions. Suggestions that aren't taken whether because they're ignored or because of RL issues. Sometimes a visual of the damage really is needed to snap someone out of their bliss to reality
