After my first hatch, i disinfected my homemade styrofoam incubator with those lysol disinfecting wipes. Now i am concerned about whether the wipes wuld have some effect on the eggs that are in the incubator now. Is it ok to use those wipes to disinfect styrofoam incubators?

I wouldn't do that. I use warm soapy water--dish soap. Lysol is kind of strong. Things might be just fine though, so don't worry! Just keep that in mind if you have a poor hatch.

I use the Clorox wipes and have never had a problem, sometimes I use the lysol wipes. Just rinse it out real good.
