Disney Farm Fresh Eggs

Have you seen/heard about these? I found a coupon for them in my newspaper last week. Each large white egg has a Disney character stamped on it. The cardboard carton describes them as farm fresh eggs from vegetarian fed hens, with no hormones added, 100 mg. Omega 3, all natural. There's a big Disney logo, and a big picture of Mickey Mouse on it, and the invitation "See Your Pals Inside".

I wonder who produces them, I couldn't find any more info about them. Somehow I imagine a farmyard looking like a Merrie Melody cartoon, with happy plump hens laying egg after egg in a straw-lined box.

What is with this "no hormones" stuff???? I am reading it EVERYWHERE. It is making me crazy (uhm..crazier!)

There are hormones in feeds.. they make the chickens lay more eggs, or cows give more milk or meat fatten sooner.. so ya.. no hormones in your food is good

I've heard of the Vegetables they're selling but this is a first for me. The veggies are supposed to be more natural or something too.
