keep them, merge the flocks. If there's 25 pullets and 10 hens the pullets will be able to stand up to the hens. I put a full grown freedom ranger hen in with some really young barred rocks and whenever the FR tried to be nasty the barred rocks would gang up. It might work, plus you put six months of feed into them and have gotten 6 months of eggs out, you can get at least another decent year, then they can provide protien in a different form...
