You might cage her for tonight in the coop. She will be fine by herself for tonight and this way she can't fall far if she has any issues.

I'd still keep an eye on her. Injuries don't just heal that quickly, and neurological symptoms can come and go.

I hope that it was nothing and she shook it off... But the fact that she exhibited such odd behavior for such a short period of time makes me raise a brow.
