Disposing of chicken waste in city limits of Goldendale

Curious how most city fold manage chicken run waste and hen house waste in the city limits ?

I've always composted it for use in the garden. I don't even know what the waste company's policy is.

What is your city's policy, if any? I compost and hand out extra for other people to compost.
