distilled or r/o water

would using distilled or r/o water in bators be better than just tap as far as mineral/scale build up?

I don't think it would really matters unless your incubator is going to be running not stop for a very long time. It takes a while for buildup to occur.

Depends on your water. I don't use a water softener on the house so it is a good idea.
