Distressed Chick

Hello all!
I have a chick that is about 2 days old and I put in the brooder yesterday. This morning I noticed that it was much more drowsy than the rest and was breathing with its beak open. The rest of the chicks are acting normal. Is it overheated or is it something else? I separated it now

Likely it's suffering from shipping stress. Give it sugar water at one teaspoon sugar in one cup warm water.

I hatched them myself in incubator. Could it be stressed from something else?
