Wow! Looks like some strong chicks Alaskan, especially the white one.

1. truly a different set ... not the same that I posted a week or so back... but yes, same breeds, so yeah..... they look the same

There is a Marans (in this photo not looking at us, but has the most white on face but none on the back of the head), a Dominique (white spot on head), a leghorn, and an almost solid black, maybe olive Egger (I can't remember, really, I am SUPER bad)


same chicks:
in this photo the Dominique has more white on the face than the Marans, but whatever, Marans has no white on top of the head

Found a egg in the bathtub???
Oldest 16 now uses them in her hair???!!!
I don't understand girls, why?!!
Don't ever waste another fresh egg! They are for eating ONLY!, we still had store bought eggs in the fridge, why would you use a good fresh egg? She called me a freak??
I'm not the one putting egg in my hair?

I just mentioned to spouse yesterday.... that I am wildly happy that God didn't give me girls.... I seriously think I might have killed them......


I have no idea how people deal with little girls... it would toss me over the edge

Yeah, kinda funny that the white one is so big. But, since it was white, the mom HAS to be a white leghorn. So dunno why it looks so hefty.

One of the four hatched Sunday or Monday, but was so small that I didn't sell it with that batch of chicks... I was thinking that maybe it wasn't eating or something.

However, it is eating great, and doing fine.... and now it has buddies from the eggs that hatched late on Thursday morning (the earlier Thursday hatchers got sold along with all of the rest of the Sunday/Monday hatchers).

I have stuck the last 3 on Facebook, now that I know that they look healthy, and no one else is gonna die on me.... wish me luck that they sell.

And this one reminds me of being a kid in the '80s sounds just like something we would have sang in school I really like this one also even though I have never had and will never have one of his CDs
