wait what do you mean a different fledge color?!?!??!?!
Chicks have baby fluff that has NO true representation of what their adult feathers are going to be ... Especially ones that start out life as wittle chipmunky cutie pies. Each of my birds fledged out (grew in their feathers) slightly different in color, pattern, and intensity. And even after that when their adult feathers came in that changed again to what they would have the rest of thier lives.

Adult feathers

Same goes for just about all birds.

Seagulls are born fluffy white
Their juvenile feathers are Grey.... as a fledgling
Their adult feathers are white again... with dark patterns
