Dixie Chicks

Beer, any added light for you? Our's are on 14h, and are laying nicely (the two that aren't broody, that is). Wilma is improving her size all the time, she laid her record, 66g, the other day.
I planned on it even bought a timer, but I never did. I'm hoping it was the right decision, only three out of eight are laying, for their first time.

Poking my head in to say hi to you all. I've learned from the other thread that I can't keep up. But enjoy you all so much and missed our other thread. I'll peek in every once in a while to catch up.

Have to tell you this neck thing must be "going around" lol. Over Christmas I had to visit the chiropractor 2 times to align my vertebrae. But also my sternocleidomastoid muscles (big ropey muscles on side of neck to sternum. they were so tight and angry she said that she really had to pull on them (ouch) to stretch them out. Reading too much and improper position of computer screens etc. I actually was having lymph node swelling near my ears and around the sides of my neck. No good....

I don't know Hennible if chiropractic care is of any good to you if the discs are already bulging. ech.....ouch.

@hennible Ever try a chiropractor? Personally they scare the crap out of me, when I have people swear by them and tell me to go all I can think of is the movie 'Jacob's Ladder'.

Hi bogtown!
-Sigh- damage is probably already done but a bit of physiotherapy does make it feel better for a while...

And this thread really does need a daily digest...

Personally I am terrified of chiropractors chiropractors in Canada just are not as well trained as the American ones... I'm better off with physiotherapy, those guys are better trained there like body mechanics... They work the muscles before they try to move your bones... Probably Destin for surgery when I'm older but I'm definitely not doing it any time soon...

talking about back problems... very glad hubby found us a used hot tub that I can sit in when it gets real bad.

However these days my legs are terrible for muscle pain.. we started a new work out regime in December. You know "gotta have that beach body for our honeymoon"

A good chiropractor can actually help quite a lot, you just need to find one. I took my grandmother to one a few times, seeing the people who limped in and danced out of the office was quite amazing.

Hubby is my spine cracker. He gives me a big hug when I come home from work and the spine just goes "crackackrackalachen". When I asked the physiotherapist in the family she said as long as it does it on it's own and isn't forced we are good!
