@Alaskan why do you prefere duck over chicken? I only ask cuz I spent couple decades avoiding most chicken but have started devloping a taste for it the last two years maybe because I didnt OD on it over the years dunno....I had been working in an Indian cuisine place for awhile.. and I had gotten soo overdosed on chicken it wasnt just blek to me..

I knew that about turkeys but are you sure it has to be cornish cross?? and ya turkeys are dumb as a box of rocks...rocks might be smarter...not sure if its a old wives tale or not but have heard turkeys will drown themselves in the rain.........seem to recall my grandfather saying that.. I do wonder if different breed of turkeys might be better then others...

Agh I love everyone's chicks! I have 4 eggs in the bator and just washed off 2 newly laid eggs to put into the bator tonight.

I have never hatched eggs before and honestly have no idea what I'm doing, I hope ya'lls will help me out?

And I'm about to go make either lemon fritters or lemon pound cake. I'm running low on coffee, so decision making isn't my strong suit atm.
