Oh yeah, NAF, I forgot to say that your good night wishes were a nice touch. You should try my native tongue Swedish next

Didn't realize you were Swedish, Felix! How many languages do you speak?

@hennible do you grow ginger or tarmic? or Jerusalem artichokes? or does anyone else?
I grow Jerusalem artichokes. They are hardy here and pretty much maintenance free. A little cleanup in the spring.

The ginger I grow is not the one you see in stores. It is Canadian or wild ginger. This one:

By tarmic, do you mean turmeric?

ya sorry bad speller

well dang I seem to have lost the list the feed store lady gave me............sighs I'd loose my head sometimes if it wasnt attached....on a bright note got to use new awesome new ramp and cleaned up that area a bit........shower curtians a good idea...though I would wonder about the fumes that vuynl gives off as it degrades over time in the closed confines of the chicken coop even though plenty of ventilation couldnt the fumes be a possible issue?
The clear vinyl one that I use hangs across the large walk through door to keep the sparrows from entering the barn on the coop end. There is enough airflow that fumes are not a problem there.
The other shower curtain is use is actually part of a fabric shower curtain that I got at a garage sale for .50. I cut the long bottom part off and used the "valance" top with grommets to hang across the top of a nest box as a curtain. Easy to take down and cleanup is a spray with the hose.

Hrmmm good stuff that would be very nice for some ground cover on the slope I am removing ivy from.. I wonder if it can compete against ivy and blackberrys sucessfully..

NAF, Finnish Swede, basically I'm Finnish, but my native tongue is Swedish, like 6% of the population. It's the other official language of the country. Nice touch about the lice.

I speak Finnish, Swedish, English, and a bit of German.

Jem, we grow sunchokes too. We grow them in tubs, I recommend that because they can be invasive as heck otherwise.

Good NIght Sleep Tight Don't let the bed bugs bite is an old saying here. Didn't realize it would translate as lice!!

Your Google translated it to "wall lice" for some reason. Maybe that's what they're called in Swedish, they're not very common here, so not something I'm familiar with. The saying (in English) I'm familiar with though.
