yes it is.. but @Sharps Big 50 was trying to convince me to move there after we just bought and moved into this house... lol I hate moving.......and I am not big on cold snowy winters or hot hot temps lol trying to rememebr the caverns we went to go see last time we went thru.. we like checking out caverns along the way it's a great way to get out of the car stretch legs and free air conditioning lol

Amber will has diapers on them before long so they stay house chickens

lol noooooooooooooooooooo I just bringing them in at night at this point... they were outside in the coop all day today...waiting for the last of their feathers to come in.. the two orpingtons are the slowest to feather in so far.. were last to hatch also

sheesh these guys would probly be good 4h chickens.. I been opening their wings everyday getting them use to my touching them everywhere ect ect ect.. I dunno what the specs are for showing chickens for the 4h but they could probly do it only thing I havent done is get them use to my opening their beak

Morning all!

Where's my coffee? Zumba kicked my butt last night. Too old for this. Plus I need sleep. What's that? Freezing rain today. Yeah

. Has anyone heard from @sharon ? I noticed you mentioned her yesterday or the other day @Amberjem , but haven't seen her on here in a while. Hope all is well with you Sharon.

My new CCL...the hen has been laying me an egg every other day. I haven't seen the rooster mate with her or the pullet and I was super discouraged. Then last night I cooked breakfast for dinner and got the bright idea to cook up one of her eggs. BULLSEYE! Yeah! They are very skittish. When I get near them, the hen and pullet hide behind the big rooster. The 2 cockrells cower together. They all run to the farthest corner. I'm working with them, but I think the leghorn breed in them makes them flighty like this.

Big long day. 2:50am. Gotta get showered and get to work. Everyone have a great day.
